Grand Prairie Composite High School

Grand Prairie (AB): Replacement of the existing Grande Prairie Composite High School, with the capacity to hold approximately 1250 students from grades 9 to 12 and a staff population of 108, upon completion. The school is a part of the Grande Prairie School Division. Total area of new construction 16,595 m2. Designed and constructed to LEED Silver standards.

Project Management	Xenali assigned a specialized team consisting of a dedicated project manager, project manager, and site services manager to ensure the successful execution and delivery of all project responsibilities.
Supply Chain Management	Xenali managed the entire procurement process, overseeing all logistics up to on-site delivery and installation. This included vendor coordination, material tracking, and delivery schedule alignment with construction progress.
Project Staging and Delivery Logistics	We implemented a Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery system to the site. Our team validated all product receipts, ensured accurate delivery to each floor level, and facilitated room-specific deployment to streamline on-site efficiency.
Safety	Xenali operated under strict project management protocols to maintain a safe working environment for our team. We also ensured effective coordination with other trades on-site to prevent hazards and operational delays.
Quality Control	Through our Supply Chain Engagement model, Xenali integrated a series of validation and revalidation checkpoints throughout the project. We verified design specifications, delivery timelines, packaging and staging details, material installation, and final layout accuracy.
