To accommodate increased enrollment, Trinity Western University (TWU) commissioned a 33,000 sq. ft., 47-unit modular housing complex with a tight nine-month completion timeline. Xenali was chosen as the primary furnishing supplier, providing over 130 student suites along with custom-designed in-suite kitchenettes, lounges, common areas, and storage spaces—ensuring students had all the comforts of home.
