Description:

Xenali’s Participation: Supply Chain and Project Management
Project Management To ensure successful execution, Xenali assigned a dedicated team including a Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Site Services Manager. This team oversaw all aspects of the project, from initial planning to final implementation, ensuring all commitments were met on time and within scope.
Supply Chain Management Xenali took full responsibility for procurement-related logistics. This included sourcing, inventory control, and transportation of all required materials up to the point of onsite delivery and installation. The seamless management of the supply chain ensured that the project remained on schedule and free of material shortages.
Project Staging and Delivery Logistics In alignment with Just-In-Time (JIT) principles, Xenali implemented a well-orchestrated delivery strategy. Our team validated the receipt of all materials upon arrival, facilitated the transfer of items to respective floor levels, and managed deployment into the designated locker rooms. This approach minimized on-site storage, reduced congestion, and ensured efficient deployment.
Safety Safety was a top priority throughout the project lifecycle. Xenali adhered strictly to project management safety protocols, ensuring not only the protection of our personnel but also the safe integration and coordination with other trades working on-site.
Quality Control Pre-staging and post-staging documentation minimized rework, mitigated schedule impacts, and tracked any deficiencies to ensure timely resolutions. This meticulous attention to detail upheld high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
