Supply Chain ManagementXenali’s responsibility included all procurement-related logistics up to onsite delivery and installation.
Project Staging and Delivery LogisticsXenali committed to a JIT delivery at the site. Our team was responsible for validating receipt of products, delivery to each of the floor levels, and deployment into each of the rooms.
SafetyXenali utilized project management protocol to ensure safe operation of our team as well as safe coordination with the other trades that operated on site.
Quality ControlUsing our Supply Chain Engagement model, Xenali incorporated various checkpoints, most of which relate to validation and revalidation. We revalidate design specifications, schedules, packaging/staging requirements, installation of materials, and validation of final installation layout. Pre-stage and post-stage documentation minimized rework, minimized impact on schedule, and tracked deficiencies.
