Avens Seniors Complex

The AVENS Pavilion project is an expansion of an existing senior’s facility, designed to enhance comfort and community living. It features 92 one-bedroom suites and 10 two-bedroom suites, providing a variety of living options for residents. In addition to the private accommodations, the Pavilion includes several common areas that promote social interaction, relaxation, and a sense of community among residents.

Project Management	Xenali deployed a team comprising a dedicated project manager, project coordinator, and site services manager to oversee all aspects of project execution. Leveraging our proprietary project management protocols—specifically designed for live construction environments—we ensured clear coordination with client teams and other trades, delivering results with high efficiency and safety.
Supply Chain Management	Using our Supply Chain Engagement model, Xenali delivered precision supply services that included design support, engineering coordination, and strategic sourcing from our international supplier network. This approach ensured the timely and accurate delivery of high-quality materials aligned with project requirements.
Project Staging and Delivery Logistics	Xenali implemented a Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery system, managing detailed coordination and scheduling to streamline on-site logistics. Our team ensured thorough product verification, efficient floor-level distribution, and precise room-specific deployment, minimizing site congestion and keeping the project on track.
Safety	We followed strict project-specific safety protocols to ensure the well-being of Xenali personnel and seamless integration with other teams working on site. Our proactive measures supported a safe and collaborative work environment throughout the duration of the project.
Quality Control	Through our Supply Chain Engagement model, Xenali applied layered validation checkpoints across every phase—from design and scheduling to staging and final installation. Pre- and post-stage documentation allowed us to minimize rework, maintain schedule adherence, and uphold consistent quality standards.
