Project Background and Location:

The Lewis Farms Facility and Park Project includes a community recreation centre, public library and district park. Construction is anticipated to be completed in 2028 at a cost of $310 million. Xenali will start the project early 2026 as we will be installing 1500 locker and digital locks along with Division 10 Specialties opportunities.

Project Staging and Delivery  Logistics Xenali utilized a Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery model, overseeing product verification, floor-level distribution, and room-specific placement for smooth on-site execution.
Safety Our team operated under rigorous project safety protocols, maintaining seamless coordination with other on-site trades and ensuring a secure working environment.
Quality Control Both pre-stage and post-stage documentation ensured high quality, minimized rework, and allowed for proactive tracking and correction of any deficiencies.
